Wholesale Prices at MaryLu’s Gift Shop Inc.
We are currently only offering tee shirts & sweatshirts at wholesale prices.
In order to view our wholesale items you must have a valid resale certificate.
Once you are approved, you will have access to our wholesale items.
Please follow these steps to apply for a wholesale account.
1. Read the terms and conditions listed below.
2. Complete our wholesale application.
3. Fax a copy of your valid seller's permit to 1-530-280-3809.
If you are located outside the United States and your Country does not use seller's permits, fax some type of
proof that you are a business (business license, VAT #, etc).
4. Complete the following California Resale Certificate form, print, sign and fax to 1-530-280-3809. http://www.boe.ca.gov/pdf/boe230.pdf
Your account will be created once we receive all the above listed information.

Minimum
Order:
All wholesale orders are
subject to $100 minimum order.
Subject To
Approval:
All wholesale orders are subject to approval.
Fulfillment:
MaryLu’s Gift Shop Inc. will
ship all approved orders as soon as possible. Shipping times can vary depending on our stock levels and whether you
order hand decorated items. We will contact you via email if your order is going to require more than three
business days to process.
Order
Placement:
Wholesale orders will only be accepted via our regular online shopping cart. No
wholesale orders will be accepted over the phone. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us at
. In order for us to serve you efficiently we need you to
keep all correspondence through email. Our customer service department is not involved with nor can they assist you
with wholesale orders. Our email account is checked several times a day by someone who is authorized to help you
with your wholesale questions.
Coupons, Discounts & Special
Offers:
All coupons, discounts and specail
offers offered through this website are for our regular customers. Wholesale orders are not eligible
for additional discounts.
Images:
The images contained on MaryLu’s
Gift Shop Inc. websites are the sole property of MaryLu’s Gift Shop Inc. We reserve
all copy rights and authority over said images. You may not reproduce or copy these images in any printed format
without written consent from MaryLu’s Gift Shop Inc. You are not allowed to misrepresent these images as creations
of your own or use them to copy our designs and make the items yourself.
Claims:
All damage and discrepancy claims
must be made within three business days of receipt. We will make every effort to resolve claims in a timely manner.
All claims must be made in writing via the email address listed above.
Returns:
There is a 20% restocking fee for
all returns that do not fit within the claims section (for example you change your mind). Returns will not be
accepted after 15 business days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Responsibility:
MaryLu’s Gift Shop Inc. is
not responsible or liable in any way for the success, accuracy, or legality of your business or website.
Right To
Modify:
MaryLu’s Gift Shop Inc.
retains the right to modify this agreement at any time, including the right to discontinue our wholesale program.
Continued participation will constitute acceptance of the modifications.
