Q:  How are your gift certificates delivered?
A:  Our gift certifiates are delivered via email immediately following purchase.

Q:  Can you mail the gift certificate directly to the recipient?
A:  No.  At this time our gift certificates are generated by the shopping cart and are automatically emailed.  We can not mail them.

Q:  I want to wrap the gift certificate or give it in a card, how can I do that since the gift certificates are emailed?
A:  Easy!  Just put your email address in the recipients field and the gift certificate will be emailed to you.  You can then print out the gift certificate and wrap it or place it in your own card.

Q:  How can the gift certificate be redeemed?
A:  It's easy, gift certificates can be redeemed by placing an order online or over the phone.  Just use the certificate number in the gift certificate field during checkout when placing an order online.  If placing the order over the phone, just gift the certificate number to the customer service representative.

Q:  Do your gift certificates expire?
A:  No our gift certificates do not expire.
