Place the apples and
oranges into a large mixing bowl.
Add the brown sugar,
cheese and walnuts.
Toss making sure all
the ingredients are mixed together well.
Spray a rectangular
casserole dish with a non stick cooking spray.
Spread the fruit
mixture into the bottom of the prepared casserole dish.
Cover the fruit
completely with the crushed crackers.
Place the butter into
a saucepan over medium heat and allow the butter to completely melt.
Whisk in the
flour.
Sprinkle in the
cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
Add the baking powder
and continue whisking until completely combined.
Pour the mixture over
the top of the fruit.
Drizzle the creamer
over the top.
Bring the oven
temperature up to 325 degrees.
Cover the casserole
with aluminum foil tightly.
Bake the casserole
for 55 minutes.
Remove from the oven
and stir to incorporate the crust through out the casserole.

Servings
This can be made the night before then reheated
in the microwave just before serving. Tastes great as a topping over vanilla ice cream and served for
dessert.
