Please not that these Capri's run on the generous side. Finished Garment Measurements The sizing chart shows the finished measurements for a garment laid flat. For example the 14 shows the waist measurement of 18” - this represents the measurement of the waist from the left to the right when laid flat. So the finished garment would have a waist circumference of 36”. To get a perfect fit you could measure one of your favorite pants and then find the closest measurements on the size chart.
