Return Policy
What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days*, provided the item(s) is returned in the same condition as when you received it.  We will refund the purchase price only - shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.  Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  Contact us at 888-808-4418 if you have any questions. 

* Holiday hats and holiday merchandise will be exchanged if defective.  No refunds after the appropriate holiday.

 

What happens if there is an error with my order?
In the event that there is an error with your order we will cover all additional shipping fees and do what is necessary to make your order right.  Please be sure to contact us immediately (and within 30 days)  to report any errors with your order.  The quickest way to resolve the situation is for you to contact us through this link ->  Contact Us  Please include your order number or date ordered so we can lookup your order.

How do I return merchandise?
When returning merchandise please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip along with directions as to how you would like us to handle your return (return or exchange).  Packages should be returned to:

How do I exchange merchandise?
The easiest way to exchange merchandise is for you to place a new order on our website.  Then send us back the merchandise that you are returning.  We will issue you a full credit for the purchase price of the merchandise (shipping and handling is not refundable) once we receive your package back.

Alternatively, you could send back your merchandise and include a copy of your invoice or packing slip along with directions on what you would like instead.  Please note that you will need to pay the additional shipping charge in order for us to ship the new merchandise to you.  We will contact you to get your credit card number to process the shipping fee, as we do not store credit card numbers.

Why do I have to pay return shipping fees?
We are a small company and strive to keep our prices fair and competitive.  In order to achieve this goal we cannot afford to pay additional shipping fees.
