1 (16 oz.) can mushrooms,
(stems and pieces) drained
1 stick of
butter
How to Make
It:
Spray a casserole dish with a
non stick cooking spray on the bottom only.
Place the oven temperature on
325 degrees and allow the oven to heat up.
Place the rice in the prepared
casserole dish.
Pour in the onion soup and beef
broth.
Stir in the
mushrooms.
Lay the stick of butter in the
middle of the casserole dish.
Cover the casserole with
aluminum foil.
Bake 50 minutes.

Servings
Be careful not to over bake
this casserole as it will become too dry. Quick cooking rice is
also not recommended. It becomes too sticky and clumps
together.
